Changzhou Chuanglian Fastener Factory(Fastener Manufactory)was set up in 1995,the specilized factory which manufactured standard fasteners,
non-standard fasteners and welding meterials.Our annual output of fasteners is more than 3000 tons and welding materials is more than 5000 tons.
Our products,enjoyed a high reputation both at home and abroad,are widely used in many industries including vehicle,construction,ship-building, bridge-building,machinery, manufacturing,high-speed welding of sheets and pipes etc.Most of our products such as rivets,welding wire are sold to USA,North America,Japan,Europe,Germany,Korea etc.
Fasteners: ring-grooved rivet,hold-down plate bolt,uncorked self plugging rivet,closed self plugging rivet,(multr grip type blind rivet)di-drum self plugging rivet,drawn type self plugging rivet;large-cap self plugging rivet,grooved type self plugging rivet,drawbench type self plugging rivet,blind rivet nut,stud,plastic rivet,different colorful rivets ect.
Welding meterials: CO2 gas-shielded welding wire (ER50-6,AWS 70S-6,EN440), conform to GBER50-6 AWS ER70S-6 JIS YGW12, used for welding low carbon steel and low alloy steel structures,especially for welding of thin plates.This kind of product is made of excellent steel by drawing,straightening and copper coating .It has various characteristics such as open arc,slag-free,good weld ablility,high efficiency,beautiful bead,litter spatter.It is winded in Spool,so that it can be welded automatically or semi-automatically.
Our factory covers an area of 10000 suqare meters and has more than 150 employers include 30 technicians.We have more than 200 sets advanced production equipments.We can also OEM according to customer''''s demand.
